Payroll Services
Donatech's Payrolling Program provides clients easy access to contract employees by being a 3rd party agency and acting as a pass-through entity.
Our payroll service provides all of the back-office tasks associated with W-2 contract employees. We will handle all the taxes, insurance, benefits, contracts, workers compensation, payroll funding, and processing.
Donatech's payroll service allows you to select quality workers for a specific assignment without the burden of becoming the legal employer. Donatech Corporation assumes this responsibility, along with all the overhead and administrative, time-consuming details that are associated with having contract employees.
How Does Our Service Work?
Let's say you've located your own contract employee, but do NOT want to add him/her to your own payroll. A third party is required to act as the legal ‘employer of record' and handle all the details such as taxes, insurance, benefits, employment contracts, payroll funding, payroll processing, time sheets, etc. Consequently, you reduce paperwork and overhead. ‘Employer of record' placements typically occur when:
- Clients locate their own candidates
- Clients convert 1099 independent contract employees to W-2 contract employees
- Clients bring retired contract employees back to work on a specific project
If desired, Donatech contract employees will utilize client time reporting systems and time worked will require approval from an authorized company representative. Contract employees receive paychecks on a weekly basis.
Donatech will invoice the client based on the hours that are submitted and authorized on the time sheet. Time sheets will accompany the invoice for tracking purposes. Customized invoicing is available.
