Supplier of Engineering and Program Management Services for Fixed and Rotary-wing Aircraft, Government Electronics and Commercial Avionics and other Industries in the Continental United States. Donatech Corporation has established a quality management system that is in compliance with the International Quality System Standard ISO 9001:2008 and Aerospace Standard AS 9100 Rev. B.
Our Quality Objectives:
Quality Objectives include commitments to:
- Comply with client requirements, as measured by Donatech Client Satisfation Survey, reported on semi-annual basis, with a goal of 2 average or lower.
- Comply with client requirements, as measured by an Onboarding audit, with a goal of 100% compliance demonstrated with our 2 main clients quarterly and all others at least once per year.
- Improve Donatech Managed Projects Peer Review statistics so that the number of issues recorded per review are addressed and minimized over time.
- Improve retention statistics so that over 95% of our employees are retained as long as their projects last.
