Donatech was founded in 1987 to do White and Black Box testing per FAA standards for Rockwell Collins. Since then, Donatech has employed over 500 engineers and technical personnel and logged approximately 1.8 million engineering hours on hundreds of programs. The majority of Donatech's employees are software, systems, or hardware engineers that are involved with all phases of the development life-cycle.
We have a strong background in avionics and aerospace, and our employees are accustomed to following strict industry-wide standards and specifications, such as RTCA/DO-178B for commercial passenger aircraft certification, as well as RTCA/DO-254, MIL-STD 498, MIL-STD 2167A, FDA 510(k), CMMi Levels 3-5, and IEEE/EIA 12207.
Donatech has worked on all phases of DO-178B projects. The largest involved 10-35 engineers per project and include:
Donatech has completed in excess of 25 DO-178B programs and has generated the following documentation:
Today, more of our work involves Government Systems than DO-178B programs. Our government sponsored programs often involve different branches of the military and share common traits, such as: a high degree of complexity, mission or life criticality, and typically are embedded.
A sampling of our current programs (involving 1-5 engineers each) includes:
By leveraging our current employee base and networking with former employees, Donatech can successfully fulfill any technical needs an avionics or aerospace company may encounter.
