Finding "Impossible Skill-Sets"

Contract to Direct Placement

The Contract to Direct Placement option allows you to "test drive" a candidate as a contract employee on Donatech's payroll. Once you're satisfied the candidate meets your needs, you can feel confident to hire them as your full-time employee. In this case, the Direct Placement fee to Donatech will be prorated, based on the length of time the candidate worked as a Contract Employee.
