Jennifer A. Patt

President, Accounting & Human Resources Manager

Ms. Patt has 20 years of experience as a Financial Controller for various types of service industries.  Her background includes financial reporting, payroll, accounts receivable, audits, banking and credit relations, etc.  At Donatech, Ms. Patt also oversees all aspects of human resources as it relates to compliance to government agencies, employment law, and commercial contract flow downs.    

Ms. Patt graduated from the University of Wisconsin with a Business Administration Degree in Accounting. 

Shreyash S. Nayak

Vice President of Talent Acquisition

Mr. Nayak has been Lead Technical Recruiter for Donatech Corporation since 1997. Prior to his association with Donatech, he worked for a large oil corporation in India as a production executive, where he was responsible for modernization and computerization of a range of processes. His engineering background gives him the technical skills needed to understand complex client requirements, and to establish recruiting systems that ensure "best-fit" placements.

Mr. Nayak graduated from Victoria Jubilee Technical Institute, Bombay, India, one of the top five engineering institutes in India, with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.  He also holds an MBA from MUM in Iowa.

Patrick J. Adam

Vice President of Strategic Accounts

Mr. Adam has been in an account management role at Donatech since June of 1998. His responsibilities include account management of key engineering clients, sales management, participation in generating technical and project management proposals, and providing operations oversight of Donatech's Cedar Rapids, IA engineering facilities.

Mr. Adam graduated from the University of Iowa in 1991 with a Bachelor in Business Administration degree. He has 18 years of marketing and client development experience that primarily involves high-end services utilized by businesses.

James T. Heires, PMP

Director of Program Management

Mr. Heires is a senior program manager with more than 20 years of experience in the aerospace and information technology industries.  He is currently leading teams of Donatech systems and software engineers on military helicopter avionics testing and Validation & Verification projects.

Prior to joining Donatech, Mr. Heires worked as a direct employee for Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids, IA where he designed, implemented and tested real-time embedded avionics software for commercial primary flight displays and flight management systems.

His other work experience includes implementing and staffing an IT project management office, providing quantitative benchmarking services to several Fortune 500 companies and helping companies achieve compliance with Capability Maturity Model (CMM), International Standards Organization (ISO), Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and Project Management Institute (PMI) standards.  Mr. Heires is an accomplished program manager who has been responsible for projects ranging in scope from $25,000 to $1.2M. His exceptional oral and written communication skills are demonstrated in more than 25 published technical works.

Mr. Heires graduated from the University of Nebraska with a degree in electrical engineering and is a certified Program Management Professional (PMP) through the Project Management Institute (PMI).

David D. Douthart

IT & Accounting Administrator

Mr. Douthart is a computer systems and network administrator with a background in software development and analysis. He oversees all functions necessary to keep the IT, network, servers, databases and phone-related systems of Donatech fully functioning. He is also responsible for providing technical support, weekly data-uploading and reporting related to company metrics, conducting internal Quality audits, and weekly payroll processing.

Prior to joining Donatech, Mr. Douthart worked as a software developer for DST Systems in Kansas City, MO, where he was responsible for the design, development, implementation, and testing of software for the financial and healthcare service industries.

Mr. Douthart graduated from Indian Hills Community College with an Applied Science degree in software development and analysis.
